the location was acceptable, right by the river.

the sky bar and restaurant were great. the view was beautiful and the beer was lovely!
the room was really small. it seemed bigger from the pictures, i found it a bit claustrophobic.

superb stay near sights
ideal location breakfast selection rooftop bar helpful staff
i found the location ideal i could easily walk to major attractions. the breakfast selection offered plenty of choices i liked the fresh pastries. the rooftop bar provided fine views especially during sunset it was a perfect way to relax. the staff were helpful they promptly addressed all my inquiries and requests.
the room was slightly smaller than expected i found it a little tight for longer stays.

the room included a comfortable double bed a small writing desk and a tv with international channels. storage space was adequate for my belongings i liked having a small refrigerator.

the reception staff were available 24/7 they provided quick check-in and check-out services. i also utilized the concierge service for local recommendations it proved very helpful in planning my daily activities.

riverside retreat
good location fantastic bar
the location is good because it is near royal castle on wawel hill. breakfast has good food. the rooftop bar is fantastic for watching the world go by.
the bedding looked bad and was dirty. they did not apologize. they did not refund us because of their refund policy.

bart at the front desk provided much help. he booked trips and provide good information. yanus, a lovely gentleman, gave us the key cards. staff in the bar and restaurant are friendly.

breakfast has enough choices like cooked food, continental options, and cereal. there is a bar restaurant on the 6th floor and it has amazing views. the room has aircon and it heats up or cools down efficiently.

the bed is a huge king size bed with two duvets. there is a big pillow and an extra cushion. the bedding and towels changed everyday. the bathroom is spacious and the shower cubicle is big.

The rooftop sky bar provided excellent views of the castle and river, a big plus. The restaurant was really good, serving nice food with large portions. I managed to keep my room until 5.30pm for a late evening flight, a bonus..
The room seemed smaller than the pictures.
